Theme: Rebirth

Join me on Imbolc, as the wheel of the year turns once more and we glimpse the first sights of Spring and new, fresh energy arriving.

Just like the earth our primal bodies are slowly unfurling and awakening from the long winter slumber.

We will gather in circle, drink cacao and connect around the fire. Arlene will lead a cleansing breathwork session which will help shift and shake off any stagnancy in the body making space for new fresh energy and inspiration. There will be space for creative flow through dance, art or writing leading into a powerful visualisation practice to anchor in all of the greatness you wish to see in the year ahead.

There will be space for optional sharing and teas and snacks will be served at the end of the circle.

Only offered previously on retreats it’s time to bring this powerful breath work to the wider community! 

This is a feminine led, slow but active breath session, and is held lying down accompanied by a powerful sound journey. 

The session can help to shift stagnant and trapped energies and ignite more life force energy in the body. Emotional and/or somatic release can often happen although it should be noted that catharsis is not the “goal” and participants are encouraged to go at their own pace. 

A grounding sound bath will help integrate the session followed by teas and snacks to close with the chance for sharing about the experience for anyone who wishes to.

Long ago, before patriarchal times Friday 13th was known as a day of worshipping the goddess and honouring the divine feminine energy within us and around us. 

Friday. Ruled by Venus, the planet of love. 

13 represents the 13 lunar cycles of the year and the 13 menstrual cycles women have in one year

Thus 13 is the number of the divine feminine and also represents the continuous cycle of death and rebirth

Branded as an unlucky day and an unlucky number to disempower. Not anymore.
